Volunteer for the 2018 Mountain View Presents: The Graduation Gallop 5k

Mountain View Presents:
The Graduation Gallop, a 5K family fun run supporting the Ponderosa feeder system.

If you are not able to register online, we will still be accepting on-site registrations Friday, May 11 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Northeast Elementary School and on Saturday, May 12 from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. in front of Sagewood Middle School. Volunteers will check in registrants and distribute race T-shirts, running bibs and other race materials.

Volunteers will be responsible for setting up tables, hanging signage, marking off race courses, and more. Please meet at the parking lot at Sagewood Middle School no later than 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 12. Your point of contact will be Sarah Small, sgsmall@dcsdk12.org.
Volunteers will be responsible for taking down tables, signage, and other materials associated with the race. They will also be responsible for clearing away trash and other debris after the race. Please meet at the information table at Sagewood Middle School no later than 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 12.
Volunteers will be stationed at the Information Table on race day. They will be available to answer participants' questions and give directions.
Course marshalls will be responsible for directing runners and walkers along the designated course on race day! Marshalls will also be available to answer participants' questions on the course.
Volunteers will block the Sagewood Middle School parking lot and nearby public parking lots from race participants. They will direct participants instead to designated race day parking lots.
Volunteers will register participants for the event on race day.
